You may provide us with certain information that helps us give you better service and complete your transaction more effectively. This is our privacy notice to you. We will tell you the sources for nonpublic personal information we collect on our customers. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information.

Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public source, such as  telephone directories, public internet sites, courts or government records.

Affiliate means a company we own or control, a company that owns or control us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or control us. Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control. We don not have any affiliates at this time.

Original Creditor means any company from whom you have borrowed money on a credit card or other loan, which has been assigned to us for recovery.

Nonaffiliated third party means a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receiver from you, including but not limited to, applications, phone calls, payments, or other documents
• Information about your transactions with us
• Information about your transactions with nonaffiliated third parties
• Information from a consumer reporting agency
• Information about your transactions with an Original Creditor, attorney or agent of any of the above.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information

 

NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION AND FORMER CUSTOMERS

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former or prospective customers, except as permitted by law. You do not need to take any action as a result of this notice.
